Let NEO Digital help you succeed. NEO prints provide an unsurpassed
level of quality without the expense typically associated with premium
services. All images are printed on Kodak Professional paper as well as
print sizes from 3.5x5 to 12x36 being back printed with the filename,
studio name, and copyright. Orders are identified and grouped by folder,
protectively shrink-wrapped, and usually shipped within 48/72 hours.

Payment terms:
All payment must be made prior to product shipment by Check or Credit
Card; $25.00 Fee for all returned checks. Customers with a history of
purchases exceeding $6000.00 annually may apply for an end of month (EOM)
account. In this case all payments are due by the 10th of the
next month. Late payment will result in loss of credit terms. We are a
wholesaler to professional photographers for the specific purpose of
reselling to the consumer. State law requires that a valid vendor’s
license or tax ID number must be on file.

Shipping:
Free Shipping is included on all orders of $300.00 or more.
Turn around time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for production of print sizes 12x36 or
smaller.
Please allow 2-3 business days for larger prints, or prints with additional
production steps.
All odd sizes will be billed at the next larger size.
RUSH Schedule:
Rush services will be quoted based on production
schedules.
In by 11:00 AM, ship that day -- cost plus 100%
In by 1:00 PM, ship that day -- cost plus 200%
In by 2:00 PM, ship that day-- cost plus 300%
