FILE Specifications
All images must be flattened before saving.
All files must be 8 bit. 16 bit files will require Tier 2 pricing to be applied.
Size all images to 300 dpi or include the desired size (in inches) in the file name by inserting _WidthxHeight in the filename. To get a 5x7 of Smith.tif, rename the file Smith_5x7.tif.
Specify quantity to print in the filename with _qty123.
To get 3 copies of Bride.jpg, rename the file Bride_qty3.jpg.
Do not name the file Bride.qty3.jpg, Bride_qt.3.jpg, Bride_qty_3.jpg, Qty3.jpg, or any other variation. As another example, to get 500 wallets from Michelle.tif, rename the file Michelle_qty500_2.5x3.5.tif.
All customer/studio corrections must be saved to sRGB color space only. When saving your file in Photoshop, verify that the embed working space (sRGB) is checked. Otherwise, we are not responsible for prints that are submitted from any other colorspace. If we do not color correct, customer/studio will be responsible for any re-print costs incurred. If we are requested to color correct see Tier 2 pricing.
Submit all files via CD, DVD, or FTP uploading.

ICC Color Profiles are available to help ensure consistent color. They can be found here.
Limit of Liability
Submitting any Digital Files, prints, film, CD's, or DVD's to us for digital printing will constitute an agreement by you that if any Digital Files, prints, film, CD's, or DVD's are damaged or lost by us, it will be replaced with an equivalent amount of a blank CD, DVD, prints, film, or related transfer services. Except for such replacement, the handling of such Digital Files, prints, film, CD's, or DVD's is without warranty or liability even though damage or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
