How do I calibrate my monitor?
To provide you with consistent quality and color balance, NEO has implemented a standardized color profile system utilizing Pantone industry standard color.
A simple procedure of calibration to ICC Specifications will reflect accurate color reproduction on all NEO printers. Simply, what you see on your screen is what you will receive with prints optimized by NEO with Kodak professional color imaging solutions. NEO offers three different Pantone calibration devices. Please inquire.
Does NEO color correct my work?
NEO Digital offers a 2 tier pricing structure. If you would like to get the lowest price in exchange for doing the color correction, density correction, image enhancement and cropping then Pro Digital pricing is for you. If you prefer to send us your file and have NEO Digital’s expert technicians provide you with the best possible printed image from your file then Pro Premier is the way to go.
Does NEO have ICC Color Profiles available to customers?
Yes, we do. In order to ensure consistent color we suggest that our ICC profiles be utilized in your color management workflow when sending files to NEO Digital for printing. They can be found here. We can also send you a target image and sample print to help you determine your color settings.
What is NEO’s standard turn around time?
Neo Digital prints and ships proofs within 24 hours. Enlargements are generally shipped within 1-2 days. Utilizing our ROES software will get your prints back to you in the quickest manner. Special services such as lacquer coating, texture spray, color correcting or foil stamping may require additional time based on production schedules. RUSH jobs may be accommodated based on production schedules, please contact NEO inquire.
What kind of paper does NEO Digital use?
We are proud to offer Kodak Supra Endura paper. We use Kodak Endura metallic for metallic prints. All banners and some posters are printed with the latest generation of Epson K3 Ultrachrome inks.
To order more than one size or multiple quantities of a file you may specify the quantity to print in the filename with _qty123. To get 3 copies of Bride.jpg, rename the file Bride_qty3.jpg. Do not name the file Bride.qty3.jpg, Bride_qt.3.jpg, Bride_qty_3.jpg, Qty3.jpg, or any other variation. As another example, to get 500 wallets from Michelle.tif, rename the file Michelle_qty500_2.5x3.5.tif. To order 500 wallets and one 8x10, the file name should read Michelle_qty500_2.5x3.5_qty1_8x10.tif. This is a down and dirty way to speed up the ordering process.
