NEO Digital Imaging Banner Program

Utilize the exciting NEO Digital Imaging Banner Program for your sports, seniors, special events or your studio/showroom!

Banner Materials-The amount of time in which a banner will be exposed to the elements, either indoors or out, should determine the process used to produce it and the material it is printed on.  Any of the processes are good for short-term use.  Some fabrics tend to fray or fade or even bleed if exposed to rain, wind and sun.  Vinyl works well for exterior use. 

Banner Sizing-Banners can be made to a maximum printable width of 44” with your choice of length.  Please specify portrait or landscape orientation. 

Banner Requirements-Simply set up a no charge FTP account or mail in a CD or DVD with your file(s), which needs to be a 300 DPI, flattened file. We prefer tif image format but will also accept jpeg. You will also need to be in RGB color mode with sRGB color space embedded and your file should be sized to the exact final print measurements.  Please contact customer service at 877-757-5400 for assistance.

Design and Art Service-We will gladly assist you with in house design and art services. This is available at an hourly rate of $120.00.  Please call for an estimate.

Bleeds, Gutters and Live Area-We print full bleed. Please keep all live matter at least 1” from the edge of the banner. Please allow 3” of gutter at the bottom of the banner if it is going into a banner stand.

Grommets-Grommets can be provided at a rate of $3.00 per grommet. Please specify quantity and location when you place your order.

Proofs -An electronic proof is provided on all banner projects free of charge to check composition and formatting.  If your banner requires critical color, we suggest that you purchase a printed proof (see below for Printed Proof  ordering information) .  We will not print your banner until you have signed off on it in order to avoid costly mistakes.  You may choose to waive your electronic proof, however NEO Digital will not be held responsible for mistakes if you choose to do so. 

Printed Proofs - Printed proofs are also available to evaluate your project.  We suggest that a piece of the banner be printed at full magnification, which will give you a better idea of how the colors will read and what the resolution will look like. This is the recommended method rather than having the entire banner printed at a reduced scale.  Colors tend to saturate when reduced, which makes the images appear dark.  Always consider your banner viewing distance when evaluating a proof.  The cost for this service is $25.00 for an 8.5” x 11” (or equivalent) on identical media as your banner.

Samples - Sample banners can be purchased in 8-1/2” x 11” (or equivalent) for $25 each. Please contact customer service to request a sample. 

Delivery - NEO Digital Imaging’s standard banner turn around time is 3-5 business days after receipt of the order.  Turnaround time may fluctuate based on production at the time of order.  Custom design and art services may require additional time. Rush jobs MAY be accommodated based on production schedules, please contact NEO customer service to confirm but be aware that RUSH Charges will apply.

Shipping and Sales Tax-All applicable shipping and sales taxes are not included in the price of the banner.  Packages are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested.

Building Codes-Local signage and fire regulations may apply, so always check local compliance for your intended application.
